      Key Responsibilities:

      As a Ship Electrics Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the electrical systems aboard ships and driving innovation. Your responsibilities will encompass:

      • Systems Architecture: Crafting and optimizing systems architecture for electrical systems on ships, both for quotes and project realization.
      • Innovation: Developing concepts for new and innovative technical solutions and strategies.
      • Project Management: Preparing project calculations and specifications, leading project teams, and coordinating technical changes within projects.
      • Risk Reduction: Identifying and mitigating technical risks within projects.
      • Budget Responsibility: Overseeing the realization of supply and services, including budget management.

      Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

      • Educational Background: A graduate degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
      • Relevant Experience: Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience in ship technology.
      • Language Skills: Proficiency in business fluent English, both spoken and written, with a strong grasp of technical English.
      • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of product and market dynamics in ship technology.
